Fuchsias are easy-to-grow exotic looking plants. They are often used in hanging baskets for their ability to bloom throughout the summer brightening up dense shade. Even before they bloom, fuchsia are brilliant with their bright pink cherry-shaped buds. Once burst, what was once the bud raises and remains erect looking like wings above a purple ruffled flower. Bright red stamens hang from the center creating a whole display of ornament-looking flowers adorning the plant.
