Effective immediately, any plants bought after 5/26/2022 will not be eligible for an exchange/refund. We are doing this to stay competitive. We would be happy to still discuss why a plant may have died or steps that can be taken to prevent the situation. Landscaping customers may still be eligible for an exchange although all inquiries will be subject to the knowledge and discretion of the Hammarlund Nursery landscaping team.
